The refreshing Aam Panna

- Three green mangoes(should be hard)
- Sugar - 8 tsps
- Black salt - 1/3 tsp
- Table salt - 2 pinch
- Mint leaves - 1 handful
- Roasted jeera powder - 1/3 tsp
- Black pepper - 2 pinch
Method -
- Peel the mangoes
- Boil the whole peeled mangoes with two glasses of water, in the pressure cooker.
- Pressure cook it for 10 mins
- Mash the mangoes once it is cold and sieve it to get a smooth pulp.
- Add mint leaves and all other ingredients in the mixture prepared and blend if for half a minute
- Sieve it again and add lots of ice cubes as required and serve it chilled.
- Enjoy easy to make refreshing Aam Panna.
