Aam Panna

The refreshing Aam Panna

Ingredients -

  • Three green mangoes(should be hard)
  • Sugar - 8 tsps
  • Black salt - 1/3 tsp
  • Table salt - 2 pinch
  • Mint leaves - 1 handful
  • Roasted jeera powder - 1/3 tsp
  • Black pepper - 2 pinch


Method -

  • Peel the mangoes
  • Boil the whole peeled mangoes with two glasses of water, in the pressure cooker.
  • Pressure cook it for 10 mins
  • Mash the mangoes once it is cold and sieve it to get a smooth pulp.
  • Add mint leaves and all other ingredients in the mixture prepared and blend if for half a minute
  • Sieve it again and add lots of ice cubes as required and serve it chilled.
  • Enjoy easy to make refreshing Aam Panna.
